As long as can remember I always loved to draw. I received a Masters Degree in architecture from the Technical University of Warsaw, and have worked successfully as an architect in both Poland and The United States. My true passion, however, is portraiture. Portraiture is my platform to explore the human experience in all of its complexity. My work in oil paint has been influenced by my time spent studying under such artists as Nelson Shanks, Daniel Greene, Paul McCormack, Gary Goodbee and Aleksandra K. Nowak. I approach my work in a sensitive, realistic and personal manner that allows me to connect with my subjects on an intimate level.
